grin:歯を見せてにっこり・ニコッ・ニッ・ニヤッと笑う、歯を見せるにこやかな笑顔、満面の笑み、苦痛・怒りなどで・歯を剥き出すこと
perfectly:完全に、完璧に、非の打ちどころがなく、すっかり、全く

But nobody wants to know him, they can see that he's just a fool

しかし、誰も望まない、彼を知ることを、彼は理解できる、彼がまさに愚か者だということを
